제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 고로캣팀(이하 ‘회사’)이 운영하는 지식 스토리 플랫폼(이하 ‘사이트’)에서 제공하는 인터넷 관련 서비스 및 유료 콘텐츠 이용과 관련하여, 회사와 회원 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (이용자의 의무 및 회원가입)
본 사이트가 제공하는 일부 콘텐츠는 청소년보호법에 의거하여 만 19세 이상의 성인인증(본인확인)을 완료한 회원에 한하여 이용이 가능합니다.
회원은 가입 시 정확한 정보를 입력해야 하며, 타인의 정보(이름, 휴대폰 정보 등)를 도용하여 가입한 경우 법적 책임을 질 수 있습니다.
제3조 (유료 서비스 및 환불 규정)
회사가 제공하는 정기 구독권 또는 개별 콘텐츠 구매는 전자상거래법 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
콘텐츠 이용의 특성: 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상, 결제 후 콘텐츠를 열람하거나 서비스를 이용한 경우 원칙적으로 청약철회(환불)가 불가능합니다.
환불 예외 규정: 결제 후 7일 이내에 콘텐츠를 전혀 열람하지 않거나 다운로드하지 않은 미사용 상태인 경우, 고객센터를 통해 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.
회사의 귀책 사유로 인하여 서비스를 정상적으로 제공받지 못한 경우, 회사는 미이용 기간에 대해 전액 환불 또는 이용 기간 연장 등의 조치를 취합니다.
제4조 (콘텐츠 저작권 및 이용 제한)
사이트 내 모든 범죄 실화 콘텐츠 및 스토리 아카이브의 저작권은 ‘회사(고로캣팀)’에 귀속됩니다.
회원은 서비스를 이용함으로써 얻은 정보를 회사의 사전 승낙 없이 복제, 송신, 출판, 배포, 방송 기타 방법에 의하여 영리 목적으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 이용하게 하여서는 안 됩니다.
제5조 (관할 법원)
회사와 회원 간에 발생한 전자상거래 분쟁에 관한 소송은 회사의 본사 소재지 관할 법원을 합의 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the GoroCat Team (hereinafter “Company”) and its members regarding the use of internet-related services and paid contents provided by the knowledge storytelling platform (hereinafter “Site”) operated by the Company.
Article 2 (User Obligations and Membership Registration)
• Certain contents provided on this Site are strictly restricted to members who have completed adult verification (identity verification) proving they are 19 years of age or older, in accordance with the Youth Protection Act.
• Members must enter accurate information upon registration. Registering by stealing another person’s information (name, phone details, etc.) may result in strict legal liability.
Article 3 (Paid Services and Refund Policy)
The regular subscription passes or individual content purchases provided by the Company comply with relevant laws, including the Electronic Commerce Act.
• Nature of Digital Content: Due to the nature of digital contents, once the content has been accessed or the service has been used after payment, cancellation of the subscription (refund) is strictly impossible in principle.
• Exceptions to Refunds: If the purchased content has not been accessed or downloaded at all within 7 days of payment, a full refund can be requested through customer support.
• If the service cannot be provided normally due to reasons attributable to the Company, the Company will take measures such as a full refund for the unused period or an extension of the service period.
Article 4 (Content Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
• The copyrights for all true crime contents and story archives within the Site belong entirely to the “Company (GoroCat Team).”
• Members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use the information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without the prior written consent of the Company.
Article 5 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Any lawsuits regarding electronic commerce disputes arising between the Company and its members shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s headquarters.
